By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. App Usage and Access
– You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
– We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that is harmful to the App or its users.
2. Intellectual Property
– All content, including text, images, graphics, and software, used in connection with the App is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Maple Mist Apps or its licensors.
– You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without explicit permission from Maple Mist Apps.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
– The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
4. Limitation of Liability
– Maple Mist Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the paid subscription services (“Subscription Services”) provided by MapleMistApps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) available on the Android operating platform. By subscribing to any of the packages offered (Weekly and Yearly), you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Packages We offer three levels of Subscription Services:
- Weekly Package: Access to premium features for one week.
- Yearly Package: Access to premium features for one year.
Each subscription period begins on the date of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
3. Payment Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You must have a valid payment method on file to subscribe to our services. Prices may vary based on location and are subject to change at our discretion.
4. Renewal and Cancellation Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the Google Play Store after purchase. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
5. Changes to Subscription Terms We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Subscription Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Subscription Services after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
6. Free Trial: We Offer 3 days Free Trial on Weekly Plan only. After the Trial End your plan will be Automatically Renewed.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
